This year, Every Child/Every Promise celebrates 10 years of supporting collaboration in the community and driving systems change to deliver the Five Promises to youth in our community. In recognition of this exciting milestone, we have launched an endowment campaign! Long-term support from an endowment is essential to ensure that Every Child/Every Promise can continue to support a network of organizations and individuals working together to ensure the success of young people in Dubuque forever.

What is an Endowment Fund?

An Endowment Fund distributes income generated from investments, while the principal remains. The fund is permanent and provides an annual payout, helping organizations become sustainable.

When you make an endowed gift to Every Child/Every Promise, it will cost you far less thanks to Iowa’s generous Endow Iowa 25% state tax credit. For example, after the state tax credit and federal tax deduction, a $10,000 gift will cost a couple in the 35% tax bracket just $4,000. Learn more about the Endow Iowa tax credit here.
