Every Child/Every Promise, in strategic alliance with the Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque, ensures that all young people will succeed in school, a career and our community.
We make a difference by:
Providing research and best practices to develop consensus around a shared agenda.
Advocating for effective policies, practices and systems.
Supporting learning opportunities for organizations in the community that work to help all young people succeed.
Young people succeed in school, a career and in our community when caring adults and organizations work together. Every Child/Every Promise works to increase awareness and the resources needed to deliver the Five Promises to youth.
ECEP believes that no single organization can ensure the future success of our community’s youth – it takes a network of organizations and individuals working together.
Our Focus Areas
Data Collection and Sharing
ECEP collects reliable data on youth to help drive decisions and measure progress. Every two years, ECEP publishes the Signs of Promise Report to engage the community in improving outcomes for all young people.
ECEP acts as a champion for children by utilizing the data it collects to advise lawmakers, government agencies, nonprofits and others on best practices.
ECEP supports learning opportunities to help further the knowledge of organizations and businesses in the community on creating better outcomes for all youth. These opportunities include speakers, trainings, community engagement events and more.
